In one of the busiest springs in recent history Christian retail will see a strong slate of new releases over the next few months.

New titles added to the YMZ Music section include new titles from Starfield (March 25th), Jaci Velasquez (March 18th), Avalon (February 26th), Natalie Grant (February 12th), Leeland (February 26th), Pillar (February 26th), Stellar Kart (February 26th) and the joint project from Bethany Dillon and Matt Hammitt of Sanctus Real, In Christ Alone: Modern Hymns Of Worship (March 11th).

Notable new artists include the pop duo Cadia (February 26th), The Daniel Doss Band (February 26th) and Laura Story (March 18th). Cadia will appeal to fans of ZOEgirl or Krystal Meyers with a strong teen female focus. The Daniel Doss Band, newly signed to Sparrow Records, is a modern worship group in the vein of Starfield or David Crowder*Band. Laura Story, who wrote the song “Indescribable”, will appeal to fans of Vicky Beeching, Kathryn Scott or Hillsong with her new worship release.

Highlights in DVDs include the launch of Song Pictures Home Entertainment into the Christian marketplace with new faith based and family friendly films along with the release of limited edition 2 DVD sets from VeggieTales.
