Tree63 And Launch: Inferno Featured On HearItFirst.ca

Publish Date: Sep 21, 2007

This week’s premieres feature the latest from the rock trio from South Africa and a compilation of some great Canadian talent.

South Africa’s very own Tree63 first appeared on the scene in 2000 with its Dove Award-winning, self-titled debut from InPop Records.

Multiple #1 radio hits, domestic and international tours and four albums later, the trio comprising John Ellis (guitar, vocals), Darryl Swart (drums) and Daniel Ornellas (bass), returns to the studio for its fifth offering, Sunday!.

Produced by Joe Baldridge (Beck, Jewel, tobyMac, Family Force 5) at Nashville’s Garage Rock studios, Sunday! features Tree63’s signature contemplative and often confrontational lyrics wrapped in a worshipful sound about the band’s love for Jesus and the frustrations that go along with being alive in Christ in a world dead with sin.

Launch: Inferno is jam packed with some of today’s best Canadian talents including fan favourites Turn Off The Stars, Article One, The Classic Crime, The Myriad, Haste The Day, The Silent, Hello Kelly, Fox Run and many more.

This is the 4th volume of the hugely successful Launch series building on past sales of approximately 13,500 units. As in the past, this volume of Launch will be enhanced with additional content available online including interviews, nine free downloads, contests and more.

The album will be cross-promoted with the new Thousand Foot Krutch record The Flame In All Of Us, fans will have the opportunity to purchase the new TFK and receive their very own copy of Launch: Inferno for FREE while quantities last.

Sunday! will be priced at $17.99 or less when it hits stores on September 25th while Launch: Inferno will be value-priced at $4.99 or less when it arrives at participating Canadian Christian retailers this coming Tuesday. Head over to HearItFirst.ca to hear these upcoming releases.
