Toronto To Host 2007 Maja Awards

Toronto will be the host city for the 2007 Maja Awards Red Carpet on Gala Saturday August 25th, 2007.

The event will feature 3 Major Categories and over 40 awards and will be broadcast through television, radio and the internet. This year’s recording category will highlight the achievements of Canada’s top “Gospel Recording Artistes” with nationally acclaimed Choirs, Groups, Soloists, Rappers, Musicians and others vying for the awards.

The deadline for submission of albums, demos and open auditions has been extended to April 30th. Canadian Gospel Artistes may register on the Maja website at www.majaawards.com for application and submission information and more details on the awards.
