After years of requests, Toby’s first-ever live DVD and CD gives fans a chance to experience the portable sights and sounds in their own home.
Captured in brilliant HD by director Eric Welch (Welcome To The Freak Show, The Supernatural Experience), Alive & Transported puts fans on stage with Toby as he performs the biggest hits of his career on the Portable Sounds Tour. It features 19 of Toby’s biggest hits including “Made To Love”, “I’m For You”, “Gone”, “Burn For You”, “Irene”, “Catchafire (Whoopsi-Daisy)” and many more.
Easily one of Canada’s most talented up-and-coming rock bands, London, Ontario-based Article One combines violin, keys, and three-part vocal harmonies to create a reminiscent, yet inventive sound.
Comprised of founding brothers Nathan Piché (vocals/guitars/piano) and Matthew Piché (vocals/violin) as well as Dave DeSmit (vocals/drums) and Mark Laidman (bass), the band’s sophomore album, Colors And Sounds, again features Article One’s unrivaled musicianship paired with contagious melodies on songs like “Without You (I’m Not Alright)”, “Above All Else”, and “Taken By The Storm”.
Produced by Tedd T. (newsboys, Mute Math), the record additionally boasts production by Matt and Nathan Piché, who also wrote a majority of its tracks. Other contributing writers include Tedd T. and Cindy Morgan.
The band was nominated for New Artist Of The Year at the 2007 GMA Canada Covenant Awards.
