YC Manitoba has announced it’s 2008 line up with the inclusion of Thousand Foot Krutch, Pillar, Amanda Falk, Ben Cantelon and Matt Tapley. The annual youth event will be held May 2nd-4th at the Church Of The Rock in Winnipeg. The weekend festival will also feature international guest speakers like Reggie Dabbs, dance presentations by EPO, comedy from Panic Squad and Bananas comic/author Bob Stromberg.
YC is a multi-denominational Youth Conference that is committed to reaching students for Christ in Canada and around the world. YC Director Mike Love notes that this year’s theme is Passion and says, “the vision of YC is simple: to hear what God is saying to this generation and to see this generation mobilized for His purposes. In other words, we want to ‘Know God and Make Him Known!’ YC is a weekend where students from junior high to university age come together to be spiritually challenged and changed.”
