Superchic[k]’s Music Prominently Featured On New PS2 Game And MTV Reality Show

Superchic[k] is prominently featured in the new video game from Konami Digital Entertainment and will be providing the theme song for the next edition of MTV’s Real World/Road Rules challenge The Gauntlet.

Steel Lancer Arena International (S.L.A.I.) is a “T” rated futuristic robot shooter that is built on the Playstation 2 platform and online enabled to maximize game play. Winners are able to spend their earnings on upgrading equipment and building their own customized game soundtrack. The NYC arena features Superchic[k] songs and icons, as well as partner logos from Gibson Guitars and Inpop Records. The game trailer, which features Superchic[k]’s Anthem, can be seen here.
Anthem, the lead track from the band’s latest album, Beauty From Pain, has also been selected as the theme song of MTV’s Real World/Road Rules challenge The Gauntlet which debuts on November 21st. The band will be referred to as part of the opening credits.

As of press time, Superchic[k]’s latest single We Live is currently #4 on the Radio & Records CHR National Airplay chart and #7 and #12 on Billboard’s Christian Singles and Christian AC charts respectively.
