If you have yet to decide on a costume for tonight’s festivities, Grey Holiday suggests that you take a drive to your local hardware store.
Grey Holiday’s bassist, R.T. Bodet, explains his robot Halloween costume for his hometown church’s Halloween youth group event. According to R.T., “I will be constructing my own Halloween costume this year. My friend and I will be going as ‘ro-bros’. The essential items for the ensemble are: large cardboard box for the body; small cardboard box for the head; tin dryer connector tubes for the arms; all sorts of gadgets found at Home Depot for cool switches and knobs; glow sticks for illuminating gages; and a sweet robotic accent (a must). And there you have it – a do-it-yourself robot for under $25. The robotic uprising is near.”
Grey Holiday’s major label debut The Glorious Revolution is available now at Canadian Christian retailers. The “mini” CD, value priced at $8.99 or less, contains six songs and an extensive enhanced portion including stories behind the songs, “making of” footage, three music videos, video out-takes, video shorts, photo gallery and more.
