Tracking began recently on the new Chapman studio release.
Just prior to Christmas, Chapman jammed in a week long tracking session in Los Angeles with talented producer Matt Bronleewe and engineer Rusty Varenkamp, and some legendary players including Eric Schermerhorn (Christina Aguilera, Seal) and Lyle Workman (Shakira, Anna Nalick, Charlie Peacock) on guitars, Chris Chaney (Chantal Kreviazuk, Daughtry, Sarah Kelly) on bass, Abe Laboriel Jr. (Sheryl Crow, Paul McCartney) on drums, and Patrick Warren on keys.
In between sound check and concert sets on the Winter Jam tour, Chapman is continuing writing and recording. The project is tentatively schedule for release later this year. Stay tuned!
