Reuben Morgan, one of this generation’s most gifted worship leaders and songwriters, releases Everyone today. And, as the title suggests, the album marks a return to the Australian’s primary passion of congregational worship.
“It’s about us really putting legs on what we believe,” Reuben explains. “My hope, in absolutely every worship setting, is that we don’t worship in a bubble but, from out of that place where we connect with Christ, we actually connect with the heart of God… and out of that really impact change.”
Since this summer, Reuben has found himself helping people make those connections between faith and action across Europe, far away from his Sydney, New South Wales, Australia base where he is on staff as one of the worship pastors at Hillsong. Having led worship at this year’s Grapevine and been booked in to support Delirious? on the last two dates of their forthcoming UK tour, as well as throughout their continental European tour, Reuben’s blend of intimacy and interaction is clearly going down well with, well, everyone.
Everyone is an album heavy with universal appeal, containing songs that translate perfectly into the church. Including tracks like Mighty To Save, Let Creation Sing and the “coming to a radio near you very soon” All For You there are two bonus treats in the form of Eagles Wings and Still. And with the enhanced features on the CD, chord charts and lyrics are just a click away.
Everyone is now spotlight priced at $17.99 or less at participating Canadian Christian retailers. For more information, visit Morgan’s YMZ artist page.
