This week’s premieres feature the seocnd album from the high energy tween pop trio and the debut of a singer-songwriter whose songs have been decribed as “easy”, “breezy”, and “weighty”.
Carolyne, Jordan and Caroline of pureNRG catapulted to success with their self-titled debut album in 2007, claiming the title of the top-selling new act in Christian retail. Touring with Jump5 and Winter Jam only solidified their place as the newest tween sensation.
Here We Go Again, their follow-up CD, stays true to the fun and upbeat sound kids have come to know and love, and even more candidly shares their faith in God.
With songs like “Call On Jesus”, “That’s What Friends Are For” and “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, parents will be thrilled to hear their child sing along… and they might be caught doing the same. This energetic 12 track CD is the perfect soundtrack for young kids, tweens and adults alike.
See your local retailer about purchasing a pureNRG T-shirt (available in youth small, medium and large sizes) or a pureNRG drawstring backpack!
Singer-songwriter Josh Wilson writes easy, breezy songs with more weight than you’d expect from his laid-back style. Wilson pours his whole life into singable, thoughtful pop-rock songs.
A recent graduate of Belmont University, Wilson spent years building a national following playing to his college-aged peers as an independent artist. Wilson best describes his style of song-writing as Trying To Fit The Ocean In A Cup, which is also the title of his debut album on Sparrow Records. The album features the hit single Three Minute Song.
Trying To Fit The Ocean In A Cup will be specially priced at $12.99 or less while Here We Go Again will be specially priced at $14.99 or less when it arrives at your local Canadian Christian retailer this Tuesday, April 29th.
