Nichole Nordeman, Christian radio’s most popular female artist for the past two years according to Radio & Records magazine, will release Recollection: The Best Of Nichole Nordeman via Sparrow Records on March 6th.

The single disc set features two exclusive new songs Sunrise and “Finally Free,” and fifteen Nordeman favourites from her first four studio albums Holy, To Know You, This Mystery, Every Season, Brave, Legacy, Is It Any Wonder, I Am, What If, Fool For You, Even Then, Why, Real To Me, Who You Are and River God.

“Finally Free” is the theme song for Women of Faith conferences in 2007 and will have an accompanying music video. “Sunrise” is the first single from Recollection and goes to radio stations this week. Call your local Christian radio staion to request “Sunrise”. A listing of stations across Canada can be found on YMZ’s Media section.

Since her debut in 1998, Nichole Nordeman has won nine Dove Awards (including two for Best Female Vocalist), sold nearly one million records, toured with Steven Curtis Chapman, and charted five #1 radio singles. Acclaim and word-of-mouth buzz for landmark songs like Every Season, Holy, and Legacy continues throughout churches and online today, years after their original release. Known for her in-depth lyrics and thought process, Nordeman also currently writes a column for CCM magazine called “Loose Ends… Confessions Of An Unfinished Faith.”
