The YourMusicZone New Releases section has now been updated with all the titles that will be available at you local Canadian Christian retailer in the next few months.
Rock titles include projects from Emery, MxPx, Audio Adrenaline and Switchfoot who’s single Stars is the currently the #1 most added song on Modern Rock radio.
Releases from Canadian artists include rapper Fresh I.E., the debut from Red Deer rockers Absolute, worship leaders Heather Clark Band and Dan Mccaulay and the compilation featuring 21 up and coming artists from the Great White North “Launch: Ignition”.
Chris Rice releases his debut project for his new record label. Other major label debuts include UK worship leader Vicky Beeching, former Nitro Praise member Larissa Lam makes her Canadian debut, modern worship from the Robbie Seay Band, roots/country hymns from MercyMe frontman Bart Millard. Speaking of hymns, Selah releases their “Greatest Hymns” Collection and the 3 CD set, “Hymns And Choruses Top 40”, features 40 classic hymns, classic and modern worship choruses. Sophomore projects include titles from Todd Agnew, Casting Crowns and Bethany Dillon.
After more than a decade away from the studio, Canadian rocker Ray Lyell and Stryper release new full-length studio projects.
Southern Gospel titles include the Mark Trammell Trio and compilations from The Crabb Family, Rusty Goodman, Gold City and Super Southern Gospel.
Children’s titles are coming from Integrity Kids, Club J, a CD-ROM title from Adventures In Odyssey and the latest video from Angel Wars.
Spanish language titles are on the way from Aline Barros, Miguel Angel Guerra, Songs 4 Worship™ Spanish and the reggaeton (a combination of Puerto Rican, Hip Hop and Urban music) sounds of Raza For Christ.
From across the pond in the UK comes the Celtic sound of Liz Fitzgibbon, singer/songwriter and former member of ShineMK Nicki Rogers and a live recording from Ireland’s largest worship event Summer Madness. Other worship projects include ones from Hillsong Music, Beth Moore, Lincoln Brewster, Twila Paris, Clint Brown, Faithful Central, Ron Kenoly, Alvin Slaughter and a concert DVD from NewSong.
Gospel/Urban projects release from Mary Mary, Bishop Larry Trotter, Canton Jones, Marvin Sapp.
Rap/Hip Hop titles include Mr. Del, Othello, Sivion, the Hip Hop 2006 compilation and tobyMac’s remix album. Othello also appears on the Joshua Fest 2005 compilation.
For something completely different, Michael W. Smith’s music gets the Ultimate Music Makeover, John Michael Talbot revisits his country rock roots with “Monk Rock” and Keith L. Cooper, guitarist for Denver And The Mile High Orchestra, dazzles us with his fretboard ability with his instrumental offering.
Dual Disc versions of Chris Rice, Switchfoot, Bart Millard, Beth Moore and MercyMe’s “Almost There” and “Undone” are also available.
