Today is another great day for heading to you local Christian retailer to pick up some fantastic new music – and that’s no joke!
Today will be a great day to pick up some new music from several of the biggest names in Christian music including Hawk Nelson. Those fun-loving Canadian lads return with Hawk Nelson… Is My Friend!, a power pop/punk gem that sees the band collaborating with members of Thousand Foot Krutch and Our Lady Peace. A Special Edition CD/DVD with bonus tracks, music videos and board game is also available. Delirious? releases Kingdom Of Comfort, an album birthed out of the band’s recent trip to India ministering to the poorest of the poor. Like Delirious?, Hillsong United’s With Hearts As One 2 CD set hopes to inspire this generation to respond to injustice in their local communities and take responsibility as God’s hands and feet on the planet.
Bethany Dillon, who will be part of Starfield’s Canadian Tour this April and May, releases an organic, stripped-down album of her fan’s favourite songs along with “Hero” from The Chronicles Of Narnia Soundtrack and “We Can Work It Out”, a Beatles cover. Jars Of Clay releases their Greatest Hits. This collection includes one new song “Love Is The Protest”.
New artists debuting today include The Rubyz, a t’ween pop trio that is already making waves at radio. The group, ranging from ages 13 to 17, pick up where ZOEgirl and V*Enna have left off.
Head on over to your local Canadian Christian retailer and pick up these great new projects. Keep track of all the new and upcoming releases via your own personal copy of the April New Music Tuesday poster.
