Michael W. Smith, Brian Doerksen and downhere To Release Fall Albums

This fall’s line up of new albums will include a multitude of best seller artists like Michael W. Smith, Brian Doerksen, downhere, Skillet, WoW Hits, VeggieTales and SONICFLOOd.

Michael W. Smith will release his third live worship album with A New Hallelujah on October 28th. Recorded live in Texas the album features guest appearances from the African Children’s Choir and Israel Houghton. Brian Doerksen will release It’s Time on October 14th. Featuring brand new recordings of his classic songs like “Come, Now Is The Time To Worship” and “Holy God”, the new album will also include two brand news songs. Canada’s downhere will release their 4th album with Ending Is Beginning on September 23rd. The album is already garnering rave reviews and radio airplay across Canada and the United States.

Other new albums include WoW Hits 2009 (October 7th) a 2 CD set of the top songs and artists at the lowest WoW price yet of just $18.99. Skillet will release a live CD/DVD with Comatose Comes Alive on October 21st, Paul Baloche with The Writer’s Collection (October 14th), Lincoln Brewster with Today Is The Day (September 23rd), Group 1 Crew (September 16th), Integrity’s iWorship Experience (October 7th), Parachute Band (September 30th), Rush Of Fools (September 16th), SONICFLOOd (September 9th), and Paul Wilbur (October 28th).

As for DVD titles, VeggieTales leads the way with the release of The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything releasing October 11th. There are also new gift boxed sets of Janette Oke’s Love Comes Softly DVD series releasing October 14th and a 15th anniversary edition of VeggieTales Where’s God When I’m Scared? featuring a bonus 3-2-1 Penguins episode releasing September 20th.
