This week’s premieres include the debut releases from an American Idol finalist and a worship leader/songwriter from Nashville.
Over 25 million weekly viewers saw Mandisa on American Idol last year as she captivated the hearts of North America with her winning smile, powerhouse vocals, and strong testimony of her faith. Mandisa now releases her debut album True Beauty, featuring the number one hit radio single Only The World.
Mandisa’s album features a dynamic team of producers including Shannon Sanders and Andrew Ramsey (India.Arie), Christopher Stevens (TobyMac), Shaun Shankel (Amy Grant), Double Dutch, and Brown Bannister. Songwriters contributing to the album include Cindy Morgan, Joy Williams Yetton, Ronnie Freeman, and Matthew West. Guest artists appearing on the project include the Fisk Jubliee Singers and tobyMac & Diverse City.
The CD will be cross-promoted with her book “IdolEyes” (co-authored with Angela Elwell Hunt).
Recorded live at 11,000-member Christ Fellowship in Palm Gardens, Florida, No Greater Audience features worship leader/songwriter Michael Neale in a modern worship celebration that combines fresh creativity with timeless expressions of praise.
Beginning with the energetic You Amaze Me and From The Rooftops, flowing into powerful anthems like I Am Yours and I Will Dwell, and resounding with the new classic More And More, this worship experience will bring you to that intimate place with God – the audience of one. This is the first original worship recording from Michael Neale and features the choir and worship team from Christ Fellowship Church.
