Line Up For JunoFest Christian Showcase Announced

2006 Juno Award nominee Amanda Falk, together with The Contact, Stephanie Mainville and Three Season Ant will be appearing at an official JunoFest Showcase in Halifax on April 1st.

Falk’s self-titled full-length debut is nominated in the Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year category. Both The Contact’s Paralyzed From The Soul Up and Mainville’s Family were nominated for a 2006 East Coast Music Award (ECMA) for Gospel Recording of the Year and appeared at ECMA showcases. Three Season Ant won New Artist of the Year and Group of the Year at the 2004 Covenant Awards and their latest release Redefined Logic will be hitting shelves at your local Canadian Christian retailer on March 28th.

The event will take place at The Salvation Army, Halifax Citadel Community Church. Tickets are $15 online at www.yourticketzone.com and $20 at the door.

The 2006 Juno awards will be broadcast live on April 2nd at 7:00PM/8:00PM AT on the CTV network.
