Integrity Music artist Lincoln Brewster has another hit radio single in the making as the song “Today is the Day”, from his upcoming new CD of the same name, will debut this week at #12 on Christian Radio Weekly’s (CRW) A/C chart. This after its first week of available adds.
The song achieved the extraordinary feat of charting after only one week of being released to radio, thanks to early momentum from several major radio reporters, including K-Love National, which has the song in its Top 20. The CRW chart records that total audience impressions during the last week totalled 8,192,700.
The new CD, Today is the Day, will be released on September 23rd. Brewster will be out all summer premiering the new single and other songs from the upcoming release when he hits several concert events and festivals. These include KLTY’s 2008 “Celebrate Freedom” in Dallas, TX on June 28; Creation West in George, WA on July 25 and Kingdom Bound Festival in Darien Center, NY on August 3rd.
Brewster’s previous single, “Everlasting God” from Let the Praises Ring: The Best of Lincoln Brewster, reached #1 at the three major A/C radio charts including the Radio & Records’ A/C Monitored, Radio & Records’ A/C Indicator, and Christian Radio Weekly’s A/C chart.
In addition to Let The Praises Ring, Brewster has recorded four other solo albums; his self-titled debut, Live To Worship, Amazed and All To You and has made guest appearances on numerous Integrity projects.
