Hillsong United continues to top Canada’s sales charts according to the latest figures from Canadian Christian Retail stores.
The two CD set, recorded live around the world, maintained it’s chart topping position based on sales for the month of May. Canada’s Starfield held onto the #2 position with their current album I Will Go. One new album entered the top 10, with pureNRG’s sophomore release soaring to #4. Other new entries include Tye Tribbett at #24, tobyMac at #34 and Steven Curtis Chapman’s This Moment: Cinderella Edition entering the chart at #40. The WoW series has two albums in the top 10 with WoW Hits 1 moving from #5 to #3 and WoW Hits 2008 moving from #8 to #6.
As for the Top 25 DVD Chart, Janette Oke titles hold five of the top 10 spots with her latest title Love’s Unfolding Dream holding the #1 spot. VeggieTales take the #2 and #3 spots with their latest Lessons From The Sock Drawer and The Wonderful Wizard Of Ha’s.
