After the Sunday Evening Worship service concluded, the annual celebration of the year’s best songs were performed the Songwriter’s Showcase presented by BMI.
It was a relaxed atmosphere complete with couches and mood lighting onstage. The songwriters shared the story behind their songs and perform them acoustically. The evening was josted by Casting Crowns’ Mark Hall and MercyMe’s Bart Millard.
