GMA Canada Announces 28th Annual Covenant Awards

The Gospel Music Week program (associated with GMA in United States/Dove Awards) will commence with a worship event on Wednesday, October 25th featuring Brian Doerksen and a choir of Canadian Christian music artists. There will be seminars and teaching with the Canada Christian Music Conference on Thursday and Friday and then the awards presentation on the evening of Friday, October 27th at Centre Street Church in Calgary.

Highlights of the awards program will include performance from several of this year’s award nominees and a performance by Lifetime Achievement recipient Connie Scott. Technicians for the seminars include John Mays (Centricity Records), John Pfeifer (The Pfeifers), Brian Doerksen and his band and many others.
