The new hit-bound song Unbreakable from female-led rock band Fireflight continues to gain national attention in its third week of airing on NBC’s promo of prime-time TV show “Bionic Woman,”and now also for the entire NBC Wednesday night line-up during November sweeps. More, with the momentum building, NBC has created an extended version of its promo adding in music video footage of Fireflight to start airing immediately.
Unbreakable is the title track for Fireflight’s forthcoming sophomore album releasing spring 2008. Although the album is months from release at retail, the title track is an instant hit with NBC executives.
Janine Kerr, NBC/Universal Director of Promo Services, says, “Once I heard “Unbreakable” by Fireflight, it just made sense that NBC should immediately use this song in “Bionic Woman” promos. In fact, the whole CD is great. Don’t miss it, buy Unbreakable this spring!”
