Chris Tomlin returns to the top of the Canadian Christian retail music charts with his gold selling See The Morning.

The modern worship leader achieves a rare feet of returning to the top of the charts long after the release of the album based on aggressive promotion at Christian retail stores. Starfield’s new album I Will Go enters the chart at #2 based on sales for the month of March. The album, which released on March 25th nearly topped the charts based on only six days of sales during the month.

Other new entries to the chart included the lullabies project Sleep Tight (at #5), Avalon’s new album Another Time, Another Place: Classic Christian Hits (#7), Shawn McDonald with Roots (#9) and Worship Together’s Everlasting God (#10). The chart also saw a huge jump for the sophomore release from Leeland (moving from #37 to #6) and Pillar (moving from #30 to #8). The rest of the Top 20 saw new entries from WoW Gospel (#11), Natalie Grant (#14), Stellar Kart (#16) and Cadia (#20).

Big Idea’s VeggieTales: An Easter Carol topped the DVD sales chart for the month of March. The perennial favourite found itself in familiar territory once again. This is one of four VeggieTale titles in the Top 10. The Adventures of Milo and Stitch and The Greatest Story Ever Told both entered the chart in the Top 5 along with Alice In Wonderland (#17) and  The Final Inquiry (#20).
