Sparrow Records’ artist Bethany Dillon recently traveled to Los Angeles to film a music video for her upcoming single, Dreamer, which will be the end credit song in the October 21 DreamWorks motion picture, Dreamer: Inspired By A True Story. Dillon was teamed with director Brandon Dickerson, whose directorial credits include music videos for Switchfoot and Sixpence None The Richer. The Dreamer video will be serviced later this week to VH-1, CMT and MTV, among other major mainstream and Christian outlets.

”Dreamer: Inspired By A True Story” stars Kurt Russell, Dakota Fanning, Kris Kristofferson and Elisabeth Shue in a heart-warming tale of a horse trainer (Russell) and his daughter (Fanning) who nurse an injured horse back to health and, together, strive to achieve a dream against all odds. As the end credit song, the Dillon and Ed Cash-penned Dreamer is inspired by a story Fanning’s character writes of a king who gave up everything for his kingdom.

Dreamer, which is also featured on Dillon’s recent sophomore release, Imagination, is being serviced to mainstream Hot AC and Triple-A radio formats. In support of Imagination, Dillon is part of Jeremy Camp’s 40-city “Restored Tour” which kicked-off last week in Minneapolis.

In addition, Dillon is a featured artist on Music Inspired By: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (EMI CMG), which releases later this month in conjunction with the December Walt Disney Pictures/Walden Media film, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (http://www.narnia.com). Selections by Dillon will also be included on the upcoming WOW Christmas {Green} and WOW Hits 2006 releases.
