Brooke Fraser

24 year-old Brooke Fraser is a pop phenomenon in New Zealand and Australia, where sales of her album Albertine has sold over five-times platinum in New Zealand.

Her debut album What To Do With Daylight has sold over seven times platinum in NZ and broke all radio airplay records with four consecutive airplay number ones. The album was the second best-selling album in New Zealand for 2004 and garnered Brooke Best Female Solo Artist and Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2004 NZ Music Awards.

She is also a member of Hillsong United, for which she has written two wildly popular and best selling hymns. Her performance of one of those songs, “Hosanna”, has had over 1,400,000 views on YouTube.

Brooke recorded Albertine in Hollywood with renowned producer Marshall Altman (Train, Marc Broussard & Matt Nathanson) and is now ready to conquer the rest of the world.

The title track was inspired a young girl that she met during a life-changing missions trip to Rwanda with World Vision. The story is recounted in the CD’s booklet.

Brooke is a featured artist on the “Immerse” compilation from Integrity Music (March 2008).
