For 25 years, pianist Anthony Burger thrilled and exalted audiences with his astonishing command of the piano. A child prodigy who, at age 17, was named one of the top five pianists in Gospel music, Anthony devoted his life to uplifting God through his incredible talent.

Many people knew Anthony Burger from his television appearances on the Gaither Homecoming Series. But those of us who were long-time fans of Anthony remember his wonderful career with the legendary Kingsmen Quartet from Asheville, North Carolina.

Anthony became the pianist for the Kingsmen in 1978 and through those years with the group, became Southern Gospel’s most popular pianist.

During The Kingsmen Years, Anthony recorded several piano recordings; most of which have been out of print for several years. Since his untimely death in 2006, many of Anthony’s fans have requested the re-release of some of those wonderful piano renditions.
