A note from a reader draws newspaper columnist Peyton MacGruder into a heartbreaking mystery from the past that echoes the romance conflict in Peyton's present.

In this heartfelt follow up to a no. 1 Hallmark Channel original movie The Note, Peyton must now balance her love life with King and her once estranged daughter, Christine. Things are going well until King proposes to Peyton and simultaneously receives a job offer in New York. Now the always cautious Peyton must decide on the marriage proposal and try to hold her new family together.
