The Gentlemen

Formed in Sheffield in 2005 and made up by brothers Joel and Josh Cana who make up the rhythm and bass sections respectively, Sean Walsh on guitar and "enigmatic, wizard-like lead singer", Nicholas Noble who's as comfortable singing and breakdancing around the stage as he is on guitar or keys.

The Gentlemen have been performing in and around the North of England for nearly three years, having built up a very active following and have played alongside such acts as We Are Scientists, Palladium, The Saturdays, Colin Murray, Ash and The Motorettes.

The Gentlemen's prolific live show has won them many fans and their hard-working ethos, catchy songs and gentlemanly manners will surely see them win thousands more in the future. With a number of national club tours under their belts, hometown sell-outs in excess of 1,000 and successful international festival dates to their name as well as their recently released single, "Sending Cards" currently winning them fans across the industry the band look set for a big year in 2009.

The band have received significant press coverage, national and regional radio support and are making waves across the British music scene as one of the most exciting bands the country currently has to offer.
